Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES)

Visit the Public Service Employment Office (PESO) of the Municipality. The PES Office is currently lodged at the Municipal Planning Development Coordinator’s Office. Ms. Divina Mae R. Absuelo is the designated PESO Manager of this Municipality.

Requirements:

Submit three (3) original copies each fully accomplished forms at MPDC Office, 2F Administrative Bldg., Catarman, Camiguin together with the following additional requirements:

• Birth or Baptismal Certificate;
• Proof of Grades: TOR (for college), Form 138 (for high school last SY attended);
• Certified True Xerox copy of Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) duly filed with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) or Certificate of Tax Exemption issued by BIR including a sworn statement of an affidavit or Barangay Certificate as to Income / Certificate of Indigency;
• If OSY, Certificate of Good moral character issued by DSWD or authorized Barangay Official where the OSY resides
