The Ministry of Minority Affairs has created a new scholarship to provide yearly scholarships to students belonging to the minority community. Under MOMA Scholarship, three types of scholarships will be provided to these students in order to continue their higher education. All the students belonging to minority communities such as Muslims, Sikhs, Christian, Buddhists, Jains, and Parsis can avail various scholarships such as pre-Matric Scholarship post-matric scholarship and merit come means scholarship for technical and professional courses. As we all know there are many minority community students who due to their weak financial condition are not able to pursue higher education. And their dream of continuing education stayed incomplete. By keeping this in mind the ministry of minority affairs has launched a new scholarship known as MOMA Scholarship. Under this scheme, the scholarship will be provided to the students belonging to the minority community in order to complete their higher education. The main objective of launching this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to minority children to continue their higher education in professional and technical courses.
